Toshiba recently unveiled two AMD powered laptops namely the Toshiba Satellite T215D-S1150 and the Toshiba Satellite T215D-S1140RD. Both models comes packed with an 11.6-inch LED backlight display screen with 1366×768 pixels resolution, an ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics chipset, 2GigaByte DDR3 RAM module, and a 320 GigaByte 5,400rpm SATA HDD storage.

The more powerful model Toshiba Satellite T215D-S1150 boasts of a 1.3GHz AMD Athlon Neo K325 Dual-Core processor, while the Toshiba Satellite T215D-S1140RD sports a Single-Core 1.7GHz AMD Athlon Neo K125 processor. Bothe notebooks features 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Ethernet LAN, Memory Card Reader, webcam, VGA, 3 USB ports, eSATA, and HDMI. This T215D model notebooks includes Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS, and runs on 6-cell/48Wh Lithium-Ion battery. Market retail sale price costs$499 (for S1150 model), while the S1140RD costs $469.
