Our client based in Qatar, UAE is in need of Contracts and Leasing Administrator.
* Must be Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Management or related training certificate;
* Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field of real estate management;
* Ability to handle multiple priorities using time-management skills;
* Highly literate in all MS Office applications;
* Ability to read, understand and abstract leases and contracts;
* Must be articulate and can relate well with the public and maintain a pleasant, professional attitude at all times in a sensitive and challenging environment;
* Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Strong customer service and team building;
* Ability to draft quality, well organized letters, reports and memos;
